How to Register and Pay:
You can pick up a form in the office. All registration forms must be accompanied with the required documents. Will not accept incomplete paperwork.
Payments are as follows:
-$50.00 for Non-Sacrament Years
-$80.00 for First Holy Communion and Confirmation Years
Documents required with registration form (a copy of their Birth Certificate, Baptismal Certificate and Holy Communion Certificate). You can scan and email a copy to: [email protected] .
